4. User Accounts

Some of our apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@swixlabs.com.

5. In-App Purchases and Payments

Some apps may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the respective app store platform (e.g., Google Play). Refunds are subject to the policies of those platforms. We do not directly process or store payment information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swix Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our apps ceases immediately.

Our apps may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
